Magic into Matter

Exile target instant, sorcery or enchantment.
If a spell was exiled this way, its controller
may search his or her library for a creature
card with mana value X or less, where X is
1 + the mana value of the exiled card. Put
that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
After studying the leylines, we managed to turn
its energy into matter.
