Magical Lampshade

Roll a six-sided die. Put X fate counters on
Magical Lampshade where X is the result.
At the beginning of each upkeep, remove a fate counter from Magical Lampshade. Each player
exiles the top card of their library face down.
When the last fate counter is removed, each
player turns face up all cards they own exiled
with Magical Lampshade, then puts all
permanents onto the battlefield.
