When Magician's Rod enters the battlefield, search
your library for a black non-creature spell with
converted mana cost 2 or less and reveal it, then
add it to your hand and shuffle your library.
When you cast a non-creature spell while this card
is in your graveyard, you can sacrifice a black wizard
you control to add this card to your hand.
