Maginot Line

An array of defenses built by France along the
border with Germany. Filled with bunkers, fortresses, landmines, and other machinery to
protect the inside of the walls. Sneaking past this system was difficult. The heavily guarded forces surrounding the area made anyone afraid to take
one step within. You'd either be shot down, or
blown up by a land mine. The Germans were
forced to find another way around. (#)
