You may cast Magnemite from your graveyard by
paying {e} in addition to paying its mana cost to
cast it.
At the beginning of your upkeep get {e}{e}.
Magnemite can't have -1/-1 counters placed on it.
{t}: Tap target creature, that creature does not
untap during its controllers next untap step.
Pay {e}: Magnemite gains flying until end of turn.
{t}, Pay {e}: Magnemite deals 3 damage to
target attacking or blocking creature.
