Magnetic Sphere

Once per day, create a sphere of magnetic force
with a radius of 5 feet for two rounds. This can
either be an attractive or repulsive force.
Attractive: Ranged attacks gain +8 to hit the
holder of the sphere.
Repulsive: Any non-magical ranged attack that
passes through the field suffers a -8 penalty.
