Magnetic Storm
Magnetic Storm enters the battlefield with X charge counters on
it.
During your upkeep, roll a six-sided die for each charge counter on
Magnetic Storm. Deal damage to each creature equal to the number of
6s rolled and to each player equal to the number of
1s rolled. Remove a charge counter from Magnetic Storm on any turn
it deals damage, or add one on any turn it doesn't. If Magnetic
Storm has no charge counters, sacrifice it.
