same number cards discarded this way.
Once per turn you may play a phoenix card from
your graveyard without playing its mana cost.
{w/b}, Exile X creature card from your graveyard:
you may cast a card from your graveyard with
converted mana cost X or less. (You still have
to pay it's mana cost)
