Mail Carrier

All players write and mail a letter to
their mothers. Whichever player gets
a response first may place a +1/+1
counter on target creature of their choice.
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom
of night stays these couriers from the swift
completion of their appointed rounds.
