+1: Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature. If a player controls a Food, that creature also gains Lifelink and Haste until end of turn.
-1: Create a Food token. Each opponent loses life equal to the number of Food you control, then you gain that much life.
-2: Target creature loses all abilities and types and becomes an Artifact - Food with "2, tap, sacrifice this: Gain 3 life."
