Make a Wish

Make a Wish enters the battlefield with three wish counters on it, at the beginning of your end step choose one then remove a wish counter
-Put two +1/-1 counters on target creature, choose this mode only if there are three wish counters on Make a Wish
-Destroy target permanent, choose this mode only if there are two wish counters on Make a Wish
-Exile Make a Wish: each player loses half of his or her life rounded up, choose this mode only if there is one wish counter on Make a Wish
