Mala, the Floppy Boy

When Mala, the Floppy Boy enters the battlefield
destroy all tapped creatures and exile the top card
of the library of all players.
When Mala, the Floppy Boy dies, exile it and the
top card of the library then return Mala, the
Floppy Boy to the battlefield at the beginning of
the next end step.
If the total cards exiled by Mala, the Floppy Boy
reaches 9 or more, return it back to your hand
and reset the counter.
