the battlefield put a Lifelink counter on it.
When a creature enters the battlefield under
your control put a Vigilance counter or a
Lifelink counter on it.

you control: Destroy target creature, create a token
that's a copy of it, except it is a black Skeleton in
addition to its other colors and types.
