Malefic Scythe

Malefic Scythe enters the battlefield with a soul
counter on it. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for
each soul counter on Malefic Scythe.

Whenever equipped creature dies, put a soul
counter on Malefic Scythe.

Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you
control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
