During each opponent's draw step, instead of conducting their normal draw, that player exiles the top three cards of their library face down. You choose one and declare a card type. That opponent then reveals the chosen card. If it was the declared card type, put all three cards into the graveyard. If it wasn't, that opponent chooses one of the three cards and adds it to their hand, then shuffles the rest into their library
