Malevolent Supremacy
During your turn, if an ability causes you to sacrifice one or more
nonland permanents, you may sacrifice any number of nonland
permanents controlled by opponents in addition to your own. When
you do, return those permanents to the battlefield under their
owner’s control at the beginning of the next end step with a safety
counter on them. (Safety counters are removed on the owners next
upkeep)
Nonland permanents with safety counters can’t be sacrificed or
destroyed.
