When Maltheroc's Planecleansing enters the
battlefield, each player sacrifices all other
nonland permanents.
Each land is a Desert in addition to its other
types and has "Whenever this land is tapped for
mana, its controller loses 1 life."
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put a
-1/-1 counter on that creature.
