Mambo

When Mambo enters the battlefield, double the
number of Jars you own.
You may cast creature spells from your hand
without paying their mana cost. You can not cast
creature spells if their converted mana cost is
greater than the number of Jars you control.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, you lose X
Jars, where X is twice that creature's converted
mana cost.
