Mana Absorber

When Mana Absorber enters the battlefield, name a keyword. Cards your opponents control lose that keyword as long as Mana Absorber is on the battlefield.
If a permanent an opponent controls would tap for more then one mana, it produces {c} instead.
It serves the purpose of oppression, in a way which nobody could ever discover.
