Mana Capture

Exile target spell, it's owner draws a card. At the
beginning of your next main phase, add mana
equal to that spell's converted mana cost to your
mana pool.
The owner of the card exiled with Mana Capture
may cast that spell without paying its mana cost
at the beginning of their next upkeep.
