Mana Collection

At the beginning of your upkeep, pay {g} or
sacrifice Mana Collection.
If you would lose mana from your mana pool,
put that many collection counters on Mana Collection.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, remove all collection counters from Mana
Collection and add that many {g} to your mana
pool.
