Mana Congestion

Whenever you tap a land for mana, you may add one mana to your mana pool of any type that land produced. If you do, you get a radiation counter. (A player gets the radiation sickness, if his or her team has one or more radiation counters. If a player with the radiation sickness has a number of radiation counters equal to or more than his or her life, he or she loses the game.)
