Mana Expulsion

Choose up to one color between white, red, blue, green and black. Target opponent exiles all permanents with a mana symbol of that chosen color, then exiles all cards from his or her hand with a mana symbol of that chosen color, then searches his or her library and exiles all cards with a mana symbol of that chosen color.
