Mana Falls

At the beginning of each Hero's pre-combat
main phase that player adds one mana of any colour to their mana pool. Put a consume counter on Mana Falls. Then if Mana Falls
has 2 or more consume counters on it,
remove all counters from Mana Falls and the Horde draws a card.
