Mana gate

Mana stored in Mana Gate becomes mana counters and does not empty between turns. At the beginning of your upkeep, add mana counters to Mana Gate based on how many it currently stores: — If Mana Gate has 3 or fewer mana counters, add 1. — If it has 4–6, add 2. — If it has 7 or more, add 3. {T}: Remove any number of mana counters from Mana Gate. Add that much mana in any combination of colors to your mana pool.
