Mana Junkie

Mana Junkie is unblockable as long as an opponent has {u} or {r} in their mana pool.
Whenever Mana Junkie attacks, each opponent untaps up to two target lands he or she controls. Then each opponent taps two lands he or she controls for mana if able.
