The cards in each player's hand are colorless.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep the converted mana cost of all cards is randomized
from 0 -10
Whenever you cast a spell put a counter on Mana Maelstrom.
{t}: Receive {x} amount of any mana color where {x} equals the amount of counters on
Mana Maelstrom.
