When you cast Mana Mines, choose target
opponent.
Mana Mines enters the battlefield with X
Mine counters.
If your chosen opponent would add mana to
their mana pool, instead remove that
many Mine counters from Mana Mines.
If Mana Mines has no Mine counters, sacrifice
it.
