At the beginning of your upkeep, you may spin enchanted land using only your hands. You gain
an amount of mana of color this land can produce
equal to the number of full spins this land made.
Then put a devastation counter on this land.
If enchanted land has X or more devastation
counters on it, put this land into it owner`s
graveyard and exile Mana Storm.
