Mana Vat comes into play tapped and does not
untap unless its controller pays {5}.
•{t}, If tapped before any other land this turn,
when sources of mana become tapped, Mana
Vat generates colorless mana equal to
amount tapped and stores for future use. During
this process, Mana Burn does not take effect.
•{1}{t}, Declare a color. All stored mana is that
color until end of turn and must all be used, or
player suffers Mana Burn.
