Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is a land
card, Manaform Sifter has all activated abilities
of that card.
Whenever you activate an ability of Manaform
Sifter, you may mill a card. (To mill a card, put
the top card of your library into your graveyard.)
