Manashift Mechanic

Manashift X (You may cast this spell for its Manashift cost. If you do, it becomes COLOR and loses all other colors.)
If Manashift JUST changes the color, then it should cost equal to the initial cost of the card. If it does more "If this card is red, it has haste." then it should cost slightly less than the ability it grants.
