Manaweaving

Manaweaving is all colors. Only colored mana may be use to pay it's casting cost.
For each color of mana spent to cast Manaweaving, choose one:
- Put a +1/+1 counter on X target creatures.
- Target player loses X life.
- Untap X target non-land permanents.
- Deal X damage to target creature.
- Prevent the next X damage dealt to you this turn.
