Mango Minigame

Each player flips a coin, repeat this process for each player who hasn't lost a flip until all but
one player have lost, that player creates a
mango token (A colorless artifact with {t}, sacrifice this artifact: Gain 2 life and add
a {w} or a {r} to your mana pool)
(In the case of a tie, each of those players create a mango token)
