Manic Distemperature

When Manic Distemperature enters the battlefield, choose a nonland card type. Each
card of the chosen type you own that isn't on
the battlefield has madness. The madness cost
is equal to its mana cost.
{0}: Draw a card, then discard a card. If a card of
the chosen type wasn't discarded this way, each
opponent discards a card. Activate only as a
sorcery and only once each turn.
