Manifest Destiny

When Manifest Destiny enters the battlefield,
each player reveals their library, exiles all land
cards from it, and shuffles their library.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player puts a card exiled by Manifest Destiny
onto the battlefield tapped under their control.
If Manifest Destiny would leave the battlefield,
exile it and shuffle all land cards in exile into
their owner's library instead.
