As Manifestation of Burden enters the
battlefield, enchant target player.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep
they create a 1/1 blue Burden creature token
with "Flying. At the beginning of combat on
your turn, you lose life equal to Burden's power.
Repeat this process for Burden's toughness."
At the beginning of your end step, if enchanted
player controls a Burden, you may pay {u/r}.
If you do, draw a card.
