Manipular Ventral Tail

You grow a reptilian tail. You may use this tail to
manipulate objects. It has the same level of
strength and dexterity as one of your other
hands, if that other hand was wearing a mitten.
Whenever you roll a full success on an attack
with your hands, you may make an additional
attack with your tail, with the same bonuses.
Your tail can be adapted and integrated with
other Mutations.
