When this enchantment enters the battlefield, choose a color of mana specified in the target creature's summoning cost. Creature spells using the selected color of mana cannot be cast if the creature being cast's power is greater than the enchanted creature. This enchantment cannot be cast onto a colorless creature. The creature enchanted by this enchantment may be directly targeted as though it was a planeswalker.
