A character wearing this mantle can activate or deactivate it with an action. While activated, myriad black petals fly in a 30ft radius around the character wearing the mantle, giving disadvantage on all stealth checks. Any other creatures of your choice within the aura have advantage on all stealth checks while the mantle is active.
