Many Faces

When Many Faces enters the battlefield, draw a
card
If you would draw a card, look at top 3 cards of
your library instead. Pick one card and put it in
your hand, then put other two either on top of or
on the bottom of your library in any order.
Vulcan always made sure he knew everything there
was to know.
