At the beginning of your end step, put a Sapling counter on Maokai.

Remove a Sapling counter from Maokai:

- Tap target creature. Put 2 stun counters on it.

- Put a Sapling counter on target planeswalker. It
can't use activated abilities while it has a Sapling counter. At the beginning of it's controller's end step, remove a Sapling counter from it.
