Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, put a node counter on Map the
Portals.
{1}{u}, Remove two node counters from Map the
Portals: Draw a card.
{2}{g}, Remove five node counters from Map the
Portals: Search your library for a land card and
put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle
your library.
