March of Death

Whenever a creature goes to a graveyard, you may pay {b}{b}{b}. If you do, return that creature to the battlefield under your control.
Whenever a creature comes into play from a graveyard, you may discard a card. If you do, each opponent discards a card.

Death comes takes all, but sometimes...it doesn't take them all the way.
