March of Shame

Council's dilemma - Starting with you, each
player votes for shame or death. If shame gets
more votes, creatures your opponents control
get -2/-2 until end of turn. If death gets more
votes or the vote is tied, each opponent sacrifices
the creature with the highest power they control.
