Play this Stratagem in the Strategy phase of the
first round.
The Legio Mortis player may immediately move
each of their Titans just as if it was the
Movement phase. This special movement cannot
be boosted. If the player uses this Stratagem,
their opponent automatically becomes the
First Player for the remainder of the first game
round.
