March of the Rathos

at the beginning of each upkeep put a Horse counter or a March counter on March of the Rathos
{2}{r}{t} remove a horse counter create a 0/2 horse token with "{t} give target knight +1/+1 and haste until end of turn"
{2}{b} remove a march counter create a 2/2 black knight token for you and another player
