Marine, Command Raider

Eminence —As long as Marine, Command Raider
is in the command zone or on the battlefield,
whenever you draw your second or third card
each turn, Marine's owner chooses to create a
treasure token or proliferates.
When Marine enters the battlefield, you may put
it in any player's empty command zone. They
may cast Marine at any time for {p/u}{p/b}{p/r} as if it
were thier commander. (Players can't put a
commander in an occupied command zone.)
