Mariner's Armor

While wearing this armor, you have a swimming
speed equal to your walking speed. In addition,
whenever you start your turn underwater with
0 HP, the armor causes you to rise 60' towards
the surface.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings of
leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal,
much like the scales of a fish, decorated with fish
and shell motifs. The suit includes gauntlets.
