Mario's 5D chess moves

At the beginning of your upkeep remove a time
counter from all exiled cards you own, then exile
target creature you control and add 3 time
counters to it. If an exiled card goes down to 0
time countersreturn it to the battlefield under its
owner's control.

and add 2 time counters to it.
